HI+FI (Housing Innovation + Futures Initiative) is a research and platform development effort examining how coordinated innovation across construction technology, capital markets, and public policy can expand housing production
in the United States.Our work poses a fundamental question that is essential to solving the housing crisis: What type of innovation is necessary to deliver lower cost product to end users?With real costs to homeowners and renters doubling in the last 20 and 30 years respectively, this is one of the critical questions of our time.
